What do Propharm Services do?
Our team of experienced prescribing pharmacists support clinicians in delivering medical care to patients in Scotland, including Greater Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Renfrewshire and Ayrshire.
Our goal is to identify areas where GP and clinician time can be redirected back to specialist medical patient care.
We deliver a vital range of pharmacy patient services on their behalf:
- Acute prescription management
- Quality improvement projects
- Chronic disease clinics – Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Respiratory, Pain and Depression.
