About you

You will be an experienced pharmacist and will be able to work within an arranged service agreement suited to your clinical skills and experience.

You must have an MPharm degree or equivalent and be registered with the GPhC.

Experience of working with a specific patient group or patients living with a long term conditions is essential.

Evidence of clinical skills training and prescribing experience, in addition to pharmacotherapy service experience, will be necessary.

Professional Indemnity insurance will be provided. Membership of the enhanced PVG scheme is essential.
